  • Our virtual course encourages the use of facilitators known as e-mentors that work with participants throughout the process of their online experience. Engagement in an online setting can be tricky, but we are eager and willing to answer any and all questions from participants. We offer every participant a unique network of staff and e-mentors to help guide them through the M&E growing process. In addition to weekly feedback with e-mentors, our staff will maintain and facilitate on-going relationships with the participants to better understand their needs and to ensure their successful completion of the online course.
