JICA Ex – Post Evaluation on Rural Electrification Project in Nigeria

Our consultants were involved in the Japan International Corporation Agency ex-post evaluation of the provision of electrification by the Ministry of Power in Uyo and Cross River State. This one-year project included the development of mixed data collection and analysis tools from the Ministry of Power and the new Port Harcourt Distribution Company. It also involved the development of data collection instruments for getting feedback from 27 beneficiaries in each state.
