Project Description
Our consultants were involved in the Japan International Corporation Agency ex – post evaluation of the Medium Wave Broadcasting equipment provided to the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria in Kaduna and Enugu State. This project includes mixed-methods data collection and analysis of radio programs in Kaduna and Enugu between 2001 and 2010; evaluation design for measuring results from education programs; instrument development and piloting; and semi-structured/structured interviews with beneficiaries in each state.
