Ex post evaluation of basic education in Oyo State

We were the National Consulting partner in the Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA) ex-post evaluation of the construction of classroom project in Oyo state. This involved the development of evaluation frameworks for the collection and analysis of data from basic education stakeholders at the federal government and Oyo state government. Collection of information related to the school project and policies, strategies, etc. in Nigeria. Preparation and carrying out a field survey in 50 primary schools in Oyo state. Supported data analysis, supervision, and auditing. They arranged and conducted semi-structured interviewees with government agencies, and beneficiaries in 50 schools in Oyo State. They supported in auditing and analyzing responses from beneficiaries, and cooperated with JICA external evaluators to develop the evaluation report as the outcome of the study.
