The Cloneshouse Internship Programme (CIP) offers Individuals (male and female), the platform to learn and carry out Monitoring and Evaluation activities like data collection and data quality analysis, e-learning on basic and results-based monitoring and evaluation, ex-post evaluation, learning studies, impact evaluation, MEL capacity strengthening, proposal writing, report writing, and so forth. 

We are excited to introduce our talented cohort of interns for the Fall 2024 Evaluator Internship Program. These bright, driven individuals are currently pursuing impactful careers in international development, social justice, and monitoring & evaluation. With diverse backgrounds ranging from global health and governance to gender equality and migration, they are ready to bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to our work at Cloneshouse.

Moji Ogundiran

Mojisola Ogundiran is a co-founder of the United Network of Youth for Peace and Diplomacy (UNYPD) and a scholar of the Netherlands Orange Knowledge Program (OKP). Currently interning at Cloneshouse as part of the Fall 2024 cohort, she contributes to evaluation and peacebuilding projects. Mojisola is a passionate peacebuilder with experience coordinating grassroots initiatives in Nigeria. She focuses on human rights, gender, and peacebuilding, leading research and workshops on women, youth, peace, and security. Her work champions policies that empower women and youth as active agents of change in conflict settings.

Lindan Mlambo

Lindan, a trained Aquatic Ecologist with an MSc in International Studies in Aquatic Tropical Ecology from the University of Bremen, Germany, is an academic educator in Bremen. She has worked with FAO and WWF on development evaluations and has diverse experience in Africa, particularly Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Malawi, as well as Europe. Passionate about sustainable development and bridging the global South-North divide, Lindan recently sought funding to build a school library in Mola, Zimbabwe. Currently a Fall 2024 intern at Cloneshouse, she is part of the EU M&E program, contributing to development evaluation and education initiatives.

Gin Dupont

Gin is a passionate global health and sustainability researcher at the Centre for Health and Sustainability (CHS) at Uppsala University, focusing on gender and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). With a master’s in International Development from the University of Galway and a bachelor’s in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp, she brings expertise in M&E research. A former Plan International youth volunteer, she advocated for women and girls’ rights. Currently, as a Fall 2024 intern at Cloneshouse, Gin is expanding her M&E skills to enhance project accountability and maximize impact in global health and sustainability initiatives.

Alexander Birkle

Alexander is a political science student at SciencesPo Paris with a strong interest in international development, governance, and public policy. He has gained valuable experience through internships at DMI Associates, contributing to development aid projects and policy dialogue, and at the NGO Support Centre, supporting civic engagement initiatives for the European Commission. Fluent in multiple languages, he is dedicated to advancing development programmes across the Global South. Currently a Fall 2024 intern at Cloneshouse, Alexander is honing his skills to contribute effectively to sustainable development initiatives and policy frameworks.

Binta Souaré

Binta is a passionate advocate for social justice, focusing on gender equality, migration, and the rights of oppressed communities. With a Master’s degree in Global Development Policy, she has a robust understanding of policies and challenges facing marginalized populations. Her hands-on experience and strong research background inform her commitment to advancing equity. Currently a Fall 2024 intern at Cloneshouse, she is deepening her expertise in Monitoring & Evaluation tools, building on her interest sparked during a prior internship. Binta aspires to leverage her policy, research, and project management skills to promote social justice at the European and global levels.

These interns will be contributing to various projects, enhancing our monitoring and evaluation capacities, and gaining invaluable experience to help advance their careers. We’re thrilled to have them on board and look forward to the impactful work we will do together!
