The Cloneshouse African Internship Programme (CAIP) offers Individuals (male and female), the platform to learn and carry out Monitoring and Evaluation activities like data collection and data quality analysis, e-learning on basic and results-based monitoring and evaluation, ex-post evaluation, learning studies, impact evaluation, MEL capacity strengthening, proposal writing, report writing, and so forth.
The Cloneshouse African Internship Program typically seeks candidates from all across Africa, with both experience and inexperience in data collection activities and data quality analysis, e-learning on basic and results-based monitoring and evaluation, ex-post evaluation, learning studies, impact evaluation, MEL capacity strengthening, proposal writing, report writing. It is with pleasure that we open the opportunity up to not just people with experience in the field but also to those who are looking to begin their career in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Consequently, it is with great pleasure that we introduce to you, our Evaluator Interns for Spring 2025.

Beth Njoroge Njeri
Beth is a current intern at Cloneshouse for the Spring 2025 cohort. A dedicated Economics and Finance student at Mount Kenya University, she specializes in business analytics, data analysis, and project management. Passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to solve economic and financial challenges, Beth is also keenly interested in international relations and global economic trends. Eager to apply her skills in a dynamic environment, she looks forward to contributing effectively while gaining valuable industry experience.

Ronald Kakeeto
Ronald is a current intern at Cloneshouse for the Spring 2025 cohort. An emerging Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with a Master’s in Public Health (M&E) from Makerere University, he has experience in project coordination, data analysis, and research, particularly within Uganda’s development sector. Ronald has supported M&E activities across health, education, and livelihood programs, working with organizations like USAID and Living Goods. He is passionate about strengthening M&E methodologies, enhancing data quality, and improving evidence-based decision-making, eager to deepen his expertise through hands-on experience and learning from global best practices.

Ongera Ninnah
Ninnah is a current intern at Cloneshouse for the Spring 2025 cohort. Passionate about business, finance, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E), she specializes in data-driven decision-making. With experience in international development, she has contributed to program design, evaluation, and strategic planning. Skilled in data analysis (Excel, SPSS), visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and programming (SQL, Python, R), Ninnah excels at translating complex data into actionable insights. She is dedicated to bridging business intelligence and M&E to drive impactful and sustainable outcomes.

SORO Juda Béharé
Soro Juda is a current intern at Cloneshouse for the Spring 2025 cohort. As a consultant in climate, environment, and green diplomacy, he brings expertise in climate science, governance, green finance, and sustainability. Recognized by AGNES AFRICA, Soro helps organizations manage climate risks and comply with ESG standards. With specialized training in climate change and negotiation, he excels in environmental impact assessments, nature-based solutions, carbon markets, and risk reduction. His strong skills in monitoring & evaluation and project management support his commitment to sustainable development and resilience-building actions locally and internationally.

Fidelis Nasong’o
Fidelis is a current intern at Cloneshouse for the Spring 2025 cohort. With over seven years of experience in EdTech, project management, and research, he has contributed to education, international development, and non-profit sectors. As a Programme Officer at Instill Education, he designs digital instructional leadership programs and fosters partnerships to enhance impact. Fidelis holds a Bachelor’s in Education and is completing a Master’s in Project Planning and Management at the University of Nairobi, equipping him to deliver scalable solutions for equitable, quality education in Africa.

Nakiwanda Juliana
Juliana is a current intern at Cloneshouse for the Spring 2025 cohort. With a background in Economics from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in M&E from Uganda Management Institute, she has 3+ years of experience in data collection, management, and M&E for internationally funded programs. Skilled in survey design and data analysis (R, STATA, SPSS, Excel), Juliana has worked on various baseline, mid-line, and end-line studies across Uganda. Passionate about technology in M&E, she also serves as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Consultant at Eval Systems, supporting policy development and data-driven decision-making.

Emmanuel Kilimo
Emmanuel Kipkorir Kilimo is a current intern at Cloneshouse for the Spring 2025 cohort. A junior economist with two years of public sector experience, he specializes in corporate planning, pre-feasibility studies, and monitoring & evaluation. Emmanuel holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi and is passionate about leveraging data science and research for social impact. A graduate of the ALX Data Science program and a fellow of the McKinsey Forward Program, he has earned certifications from the World Bank Institute and is actively involved in the applied AI lab at World Quant University.

Aline Izabera
Aline Izabera, a Rwandan IT professional, is currently a Spring 2025 intern at Cloneshouse in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). She holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from the University of Kigali and has gained experience in IT support, data management, and digital transformation through internships at the Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) and the National Electoral Commission (NEC). Passionate about cybersecurity, programming, and data analytics, Aline is dedicated to using technology to drive innovation in public service and community development. She is also an IT intern at MIFOTRA, Rwanda’s Ministry of Public Service and Labour.
