According to the International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS), Evaluation for Agenda 2030, strong institutional capacities involves strong Voluntary Organizations for Professional Evaluation(VOPEs), as well as government agencies, civil society organizations, academia, and other institutions that generate and share relevant data to support evaluation. In the last 7 years of training professionals on results-based monitoring and evaluation, one recurring question our participants have asked is, where they can get further education on Monitoring and Evaluation.
